01 // Operator Identity & Merchant of Record

RepReady is operated by Vrushal Kitke, a sole proprietor based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. All payments, tax compliance, and billing are handled by our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle. References to "RepReady," "we," "us," or "our" refer to the platform operator.

02 // Service Description

RepReady is an AI-powered B2B sales negotiation simulator. The platform provides:

• — Voice-enabled AI buyer personas for sales practice
• — Real-time objection handling simulations
• — Post-session scoring and coaching feedback
• — Manager dashboard for team performance tracking (add-on)

03 // Deployment Limits & Usage Caps

• — Deployment scale: Minimum 5 seats, maximum 100 seats per standard automated checkout. Single-seat licenses are not offered.
• — Simulation cap: 20 simulations per seat per calendar month. Simulation counters automatically reset to zero upon successful trial activation and monthly renewal. Unused simulations do not roll over.
• — Fair use: Automated or bot-driven usage that artificially inflates simulation counts is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

04 // 14-Day Trial Protocol

• — A valid payment method must be provided at trial initialization.
• — No charge is made until the trial period expires.
• — Cancellation must occur before day 14 to avoid the first billing cycle.
• — Trial accounts are limited to 3 simulations per seat during the trial period.

05 // Billing & Payment

• — Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full 12-month term.
• — All payments, including automatic tax calculations, are processed securely by Paddle. All prices are in USD.
• — Failed payments immediately trigger a "past due" account status, resulting in a 7-day grace period before account suspension.

06 // Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-powered simulation services, which incur real-time compute costs (voice synthesis, language model inference) on a per-session basis:

• — No refunds are provided for simulations already consumed.
• — Refunds for unused portions of an annual plan may be requested within 7 days of the billing date, subject to review.
• — Refund requests must be submitted to support@repready.site.

07 // Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
